These Terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Legal Notice, and any other policies made available to you before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

2. Eligibility and Legal Purchase Restrictions

DRACHENADER currently offers a voluntary 30-day return program for eligible products in addition to any mandatory statutory rights that may apply.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to an EU/EEA consumer, that right is separate from our voluntary return program.

Our voluntary return conditions do not remove or limit statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise non-conforming goods.

Unless expressly stated for a specific product, DRACHENADER does not provide a separate voluntary commercial warranty.

This does not affect any statutory guarantee, conformity, repair, replacement, price-reduction, refund, or other mandatory consumer rights.

Modification, sharpening, disassembly, or extensive use may also affect eligibility under our voluntary return program.

DRACHENADER is powered by Shopify, but purchases from our store are made directly with DRACHENADER.
